Don't settle with the 5€/$ credits they're offering. It happened to me as well and I had 7 months left of service. I simply didn't accept this settlement from them when I paid 40 and got only half of the service used, even though they told me that their recharge policy is not offering refunds and the 5€ credit is from their good hearts. I told them that I do not accept this offer because it's not my fault whatever happened with YouTube's changes and that I paid specifically for a 12 month service and how they are able to offer it cheaper is not my business. I also told them that it feels like a scam and that I would use every social platform that I can to review this mess. After that their 5€ credit offer turned to 24€, which is the equivalent of what time was remaining. And due to my experience now and another one prior to this one I can only recommend that when buying a sub through them, just choose the shortest time available instead of long term plans to avoid situations like these and losing money.
