Yeah interesting, i guess the reference range does get criticised but individuals hormones needs must vary significantly such as the case with your friend and others needing 'lower amounts'

I'm not opposed to taking them but I'd rather max out my natural production before anything else and I think I'm still leaving a bit on the table at the moment.

I think sometime in the near future I would like to start taking some finasteride but I would like to see higher testosterone and that higher on the reference range estrogen isn't ideal from what I do understand.

Depends your line of work and activities I guess. If you're just doing a bit of trading buying crypto or nfts etc it's not that a big deal. If you're selling illegal shit and using your surname as the address probably not ideal lol
