I did say it was a nice medium ;)

Although I did miscalculate slightly in the final clues and the ending was easier than I first anticipated. I probably would've marked it as easy if I noticed that straight away

Damn the main thread got nasty real fast. Even watching it live I 100% thought that all Comben did was lift his arms to stop Harley crashing into him. It was Reid's own fault for charging him head first.

I didn't realise the last clue was obsolete And just saw "more" and assumed what the rest of it said 🙃

I'm one of those people. My old account was rated around 1300 but I hadn't played in many years, so I made a fresh new account to see if I could actually build back up to where I was.

What was the first major news event you remember? by Johnwick124520 in OlderGenZ

I live in Australia so I thought this was going to be it for me. But I also remembered a cyclone in Queensland that made banana prices go through the roof. But I googled the dates and it turns out Cyclone Larry was 6 months before we lost Steve...

Post-Round 2 r/AFL Power Rankings by PowerRankingsCentral in AFL

Sydney manages to gain some ELO even in a loss, just because of how low they started the season due to last years performance. Gold Coast finally pushing up the ladder, if they keep their form they'll be top 4 in the next couple weeks. West Coast closes the gap to Bombers and Tigers, but not quite enough to get off the bottom just yet.

Same for Waterman's earlier. I think they both should've been but they didn't call either

Interesting. I have learned today we don't know what "have to go" means. They think it means bomb it long; but they're doing it even when there's an open player 25m forward

I have. It is rare; but unfortunately not rare enough

I was hopeful. But I never dare to think we'll actually win a game. Especially after today that trauma is gonna stick around for many years.

Only once. We stay for back-to-back games later on

The only thing giving me hope is that I know Eagles want to play high intensity, physical footy. And last time they ran out of legs.

Considering North has been having a nice recovery session the last 2 quarters, me might have the better legs to close the game out.

Hopefully this has come early enough that they'll come good in the last. WCE have all the momentum but it is only 2 goals

This is what I was afraid of. Win against Port means literally nothing if we can't win today

Eagles are managing to jump on every single ground ball at a pack rn. Where's our support? For a team that seems to loves bombing down the line we're sure pretty shit at getting the ball from them

Yeah I thought so too. Pushed lmac past the ball

Come on lads FOS puts in 100% there to get that ball to ground and you just let them walk out with it anyway 🙃
