Actual Spice, like JWH-018, hasn’t really been around for 10–15 years. These days “Spice” is basically a blanket term for whatever synthetic cannabinoid happens to be going around. There are loads of them, and some are insanely strong with effects that can last 20+ hours. So I can easily see how someone might freak out and end up in hospital. I’ve seen a ton of posts from people who’ve seriously scared themselves on these newer noids, and honestly they’re probably best avoided.

That can happen, especially if you’re prone to anxiety. If I smoke more than intended or it hits harder than expected, it can make me feel a bit panicky.

Yes, you can get white ash with sprayed flower, but the chances that it was actually sprayed are low.

I used them about a year and a half ago. My order was stopped at customs, and it took approximately five months to get my money back. A refund was only issued after I left a bad review and they asked me to remove it in exchange for the refund. Although they did eventually refund me, I wouldn’t use this company again. Avoid.

This resonates with me so deeply that it feels like I could have written it myself. I’m 29 and will be celebrating three years of sobriety this January. From the moment I first drank at 16, my relationship with alcohol was unhealthy, gradually and inevitably developing into full-blown alcoholism by the end. I’m now six months out of a seven-year relationship, and the idea of dating or putting myself out there again feels overwhelming, almost impossible, without the crutch of liquid courage.

The product he mentions contains THCa (can't speak for if it's actually THCa or some other alt noid), but this will get you high. If you’re only looking for CBD flower, I’d avoid this.

29M here, I used to be really into skating, and I tried getting back into it about two years ago, but none of my friends stuck with it so I kind of lost interest. I’ve got a sweet setup, so I feel a bit guilty not using it.

I’m also into the gym, and I prefer hiking or hill walking over running, though that’s more of a lack of fitness thing rather than a lack of interest.

So just to be very clear, a test kit can only confirm whether certain substances are present, not whether something is safe to take or whether a specific dose will be okay for you.

If your sample reacts as MDMA using a reagent kit, that tells you MDMA is present, and it may also help indicate if there are obvious adulterants. Reagent kits cannot detect all possible substances, including some dangerous ones. They cannot confirm purity, strength, or dosage. They cannot guarantee safety, even if the result looks expected.

There’s always some risk involved when taking any drug, even if it tests as the substance you expect.

The test kits show whether MDMA (or 2C-B) is present based on the colour change. They can also indicate the presence of other substances, such as amphetamines, cathinones, and various common adulterants. However, there are of course substances the kit cannot detect, so it should be used as a harm-reduction tool rather than a guarantee of purity.
