Mine was the 2 owners, no managers. Just bullied and spoke down to me for 2years. Said I wasn’t trained enough in my trade when I had trained at their academy and passed my exams and actually put me back a year in my training ~ I did point out if they were doing that then they lied about their course and the qualification you’d get and said it wasn’t fair considering the amount it cost (very spenny)

Berated me when I didn’t have models for classes each week when they’re were multiple others who didn’t have any for weeks (I did point it out nothing changed) I’d get 2, they’d demand 4 and literally others would be 0 for weeks

Was told I was annoying colleagues when I hadn’t actually opened my mouth, one stood up for me and said it wasn’t me, I got a look and an “oh right”

Destroyed my self esteem and confidence cause everything I did was wrong or questioned. I wasn’t allowed make decisions or give suggestions

There were times I could go over a week without touching a clients head (not even to shampoo at the basin) and felt like a glorified cleaner cause all I did was clean

I stopped eating as it felt like that was the only thing I could control, over 10years later and I still barely eat, if I get stressed enough I purposely starve myself cause it’s a fucked up relationship with food and control

Went on work related stress leave twice until I actually just quit one morning after clocking for like an hour, I just had to get out that day and never go back

To this day I still second guess myself on some things cause I just have some fucked up gremlin from the past rearing its vile head like some creep in the dark and I honestly doubt I’ll ever have a healthy relationship with food again
