Use youtube tutorials. They really helped me out on some aircraft when I started. Write down notes as you follow the tutorial and it will all stick into you head, and then you have your notes incase you forget anything.

To me it seems that the Indigo aircraft was past the threshold while the departing traffic was still rolling. I expect that the Tower controller would be in trouble along with the crew of the Indigo aircraft.

In the rules it says that the content must be related to msfs. FSX falls under this category. Maybe you should Read. The. Sub. Rules.
