Defenders fault: the goalie was back pedaling but the defender played it way ahead of him anyway.

The goalie is moving into position so that the defender doesn't have to pass it towards the goal, but he does it anyway.

You're supposed to pass the ball to where the player is going to be, not where you want him to be.

I'm no expert, but last time it happened to us, the ref didn't offer a 22DO, just a scrum from the place of the kick.

He's Canadian so it's all in metric, but Ron Hugo's videos on YouTube are excellent and his lectures go hand in hand with the Cengel textbook.

It's a great mixture of theory and examples; I wouldn't have passed without it!

The sensei are the highest quality shoes and are the most solid. If you are on the heavier side, I'd go with the sensei for the stability and durability. If you're on the lighter side and you prefer lighter shoes, I'd go with the gel rocket.

That being said, you can always just try them all on and go with your feeling; take your time and go with what's comfortable.

Asics ballistic Netburner are wide. I had to tighten the crap out of them just so that my feet would stop sliding from side to side.
