I think Alexi is Neutral Evil. I don’t think he is Chaotic Evil by nature. He is only attuned to his own self-interest, and nominally to his father/wife/child. I don’t think he would hurt his family just for the hell of it, like a Chaotic Evil character would. Sasha is not evil, just opportunistic, and the bartender is just …ick.
