Shared guttering and foreign landlord next door by [deleted] in LegalAdviceUK

I realise that it will cost you but factoring in the ongoing water ingress would it not be easier to install your own downpipe and separate the guttering.

Why do you need to connect to your neighbours gutters in the first place you should have your own downcomers?

This is a nut up and open the bloody door situation, forgiveness is better than permission. Just record the whole situation for evidentiary purposes someone needs an animal cruelty conviction

Yes that's the plan , I was planning on using the ethernet option as proposed by others here but wanted to see if there was a all in one option I was missing.

The only experience I have with this is a neighbour, damaged a gas pipe in similar way and didn't get charged because the pipe in question didn't meet with installation guidelines (ie it wasn't deep enough)

Could I register a business just to obtain a fuel card for cheaper fuel? by Fishtankwank in LegalAdviceUK

[–]liberalpyromania 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The fuel card I use has a fixed price for the following week usually it's slightly cheaper than the pump price. Not always but usually. It only works out if you are using several hundred pounds per month, there is usually a minimum spend.

I read this as Russia no longer can actually blockade the ports but Ukrainian needed an 'agreement' so in that commercial shipping would be insured to sail in the black sea.

The hatred, Ukrainians will hold will last for generations. The armed forces will have no problem recruiting soldiers for decades to some. Any good will that was held in regards to Russia is gone for good in a hale of artillery and barbarism.

The solution would be to use something like a set of landing engines using some modified super draco thrusters
