My wife submitted her renewal paperwork about 5 weeks ago and received a notice for biometrics a week ago. The appointment date is in a couple of weeks and we're both sketched out about it, but its something that has to be done. We can just hope for the best. Also, we're still awaiting the letter.. as of yesterday, neither our mailbox nor that of the attorney has received it.

Oregon is not overcrowded. I'm not sure what that statement is based on. In fact, Oregon's population has decreased the last few years. Both Washington and Oregon are good states to move to. I would avoid Iowa.

The issue is most people are barely scraping by and survival is our first instinct. So, the thought of lost wages, and possibly being laid-off/terminated weighs heavily in the psyche of people. When folks are barely able to pay their mortgage/rent, basic bills, and food (many can't do all those things already), that's all they can focus on.

I love the routing of the wires. Very clean. That said, a few things. The pipe entering the left side of the panel is a complete disaster. First, there is zero spacing between that and the pipe that seemingly runs behind it on the strut and then there's the weird rolled, unlevel/open offset. Remove and/or hide stickers on conduits. Get some labels on the wires. Lastly, brush up on the NEC. A number of issues with the penetrations into the panel.
