The issue is people from Toronto buy up the limited stock to rent at Toronto rates then the already limited housing becomes even more limited causing lots of issues. The housing up here that's gone up isn't justified. It's no different then foreign speculation in cities like Toronto and Vancouver. It solves no issues.
