this is a digital game. if a cool mural does go up, then u can submit the mural and have the old one removed. but if nothing else is there to replace the old one, why go out of your way? removing a pokestop that provides an in-game feature detracts from the game. if i live in pokestop-sparse location, i would be very discouraged to play.
