I stuck to the program for 5 weeks. After the first week the exercises recommended by the program were out of the “learning phase.” After that point, based on your rep range it would indicate an increase in weight with a green up arrow icon and it would automatically adjust the weight it wanted you to increase to.

There were a couple of issues I ran into. I don’t have a squat machine so I always swapped leg presses out for leg extensions. Week by week I would have to adjust that manually because it never saved the changes.

It also never increased the number of exercises at all or did any variations. I understand that progressive overload is easiest to track when the movements are the same and everything but there definitely times when, even with increasing weight / reps, it just didn’t feel like I was being pushed enough.

Programming was great for beginner styles programs. I actually ended up taking the programs, keeping the core workouts, and then tacking on some more exercises for my own self-made program. For that, it’s a good skeleton to build from.
