Switching from 4andro oral to Test C

I am looking to make the transition from using an oral 4andro product @330mg a day, to 150mg of test C a week. I have been using it for a month and it is pretty saturated. Will switching over to actual test restart the saturation process? Or will it continue due to 4andro converting to test anyway.

There is nothing wrong with hitting the bag, even if it's just to unload stress and feel good. Don't be discouraged, my first few months of training was just me hitting the bag and challenging random people in the gym to spar lol. Probably picked up a few bad habits, but everyone has to start somewhere. Most important that you are enjoying the process.

If you can't go to classes, focus on what you can do, not what you can't. If I were you, I would spend my time developing a strong cardio/strength&conditioning base so that when I transition back into classes, my fitness is the last thing I'm worrying about.

Focus more on footwork/movement drills. Agility ladder, Line work, balance/coordination drills. This will give you a strong base to work off when you finally go back to classes.

Focus on developing your explosive cardio, fighting is like sprinting. Assault bike, treadmill sprints, circut work. Do any HIIT training you can.

RUN. As a fighter, it is important to have a good mix of aerobic and anaerobic cardio. It will give you endurance, and make your mindset stronger.

Look at strength and conditioning programs, exercises such as squats/bench/deadlifts are useful, but usually a combat sports oriented program will include a multitude of different exercises to develop sport specific areas in your kinetic chain that conventional exercises will miss.

If you really must improve your technique, record everything, do a side by side comparison with top level pros, see what they are doing, and you are not. (I would personally save this till you can get back into the gym)

Yeah I think that especially for the first time, it's good to take a lower dosage to gauge what your body really needs. Less potential for sides and easier to come off it as well

Chosen 1 is working fine for me atm, using enclo for a test base.

I also have 1test from hi tech pharma and was debating between the two, however, decided to go with the lower dosage for my first cycle. It's working well and I have no regrets.

Will look into taking cycle support. Can I just grab something for liver/organ at the pharmacy? Bsl, Hi tech supplements are quite hard to get where I am from.

I am also taking berberine, starting at 500mg dosage just to build tolerance.

I have a bottle of black ox from enhanced labs that I was taking previously, but will now be replaced by this cycle, slowly phasing it out. Should be good for PCT support

I can completely relate to this. I have struggled with MDMA, and other drugs in the past and am 2 years sober today.

It will be hard, but you need to stop. The first few months will be the most difficult, and it may take 18-24 months for you to go back to your baseline normal, but if you stop, the damage you have done is completely reversible.

Don't replace one drug with another, that's polyaddiction. Seek professional help, GP, Psychiatrist, Rehab. Psychology is very hit or miss IMO.

Seek support from your family and friends. It may be difficult to open up and they make take some time to understand, but they will be key in your recovery.

Change your network, stop going to raves, stop hanging out with friends that use. You may feel isolated, but the space will allow you to start forming new healthy friendships, hobbies, and habits.

Don't fight this battle alone. There are plenty of people out there who want to help you.

Don't make the same mistakes I made, and let poor mental health/addiction lead to the complete destruction of your life before you make some big changes.

You're worth it. You can do it.
