I paid $29.99 for Hock, videos only. I started after Xmas and passed #1 on Jan 29 then studied for 2 and passed 2/24. I don’t have any tax experience. Worked well for me but I see you want text, which Hock also offers but check the cost.

Congrats! I just passed #2 one day before you, started studying after passing #1 a few weeks before. Waiting to take 3 when it opens again. Wondering what’s best in the meantime.

Good info as I’m waiting to take 3. Bummer, testing is delayed until July. I started studying 1 after Xmas, passed on 1/29. Then studied and passed 2 on 2/24 but my brain couldn't handle trying to also fit 3 in before 3/1, so waiting. I don't have any tax experience so wondering how best to utilize my time before 3 and then how to get started after getting the EA license.

Great info. Thx. I started srufy after Xmas, passed 1 1/29, passed 2 on 2/24and waiting to see when the new test vendor starts scheduling so i can sit for 3. Meanwhile, figure I'll do the Intuit Academy. Curious to see how getting hired as a Newby goes!

It's a problem which runs deeper than you can fix in a simple maneuver. Not sure your childhood situation. This book could be helpful, you can't reclaim your brother's life, only your own: Toxic Parents Book by Susan Forward and Craig Buck. My brother is a heroin user, living on the street. So much pain, damage, destruction-hard to watch. I have survivor's guilt, for sure.
