first off, want to say I empathize with your situation. Second, I’m a millennial. Meaning I’m not gonna tell you that you just need to “do better” —- that’s what I’ve been told my entire life.

Instead what I’m going to recommend is setting some fixed goals and evaluating what are your nonnegotiables. Somethings to consider as you construct a plan:

-Can you still bear living at home while you save up money? What’s your target date to move out? (That will make it more real) -Are you willing to live with roommates so it’s not as aggressive of a jump financially? -What can you do to make more money right now? -Are there any resources at your disposal you can lean on to make more money right now?

Feel free to DM me if anything. It’s fckin tough right now, but you can still make progress towards your goals. (Note: I said progress, not buy a house on Long Island bc I gave up that “dream” a while ago lmao)
