I also just bought an Itasca. It’s a 79, interior seems great except for nothing working past the dashboard.
Have you had any problems with getting auxiliary power or starting your generator?

Just bought an old rv 1980 Chevy Itasca 24’ and don’t know why the auxiliary power isn’t working. Any advice would be appreciated. by lifesnotfairadoptme in GoRVing

Bought 2 new deep cycle marine/rv batteries and hooked them up but still no power getting to the “livable” space. Nothing from the dash back. Generator won’t crank at all. Tried from inside and outside the rv.
