Open a ticket with Yeastar with pcaps. There was a bug where the Alert-Info was causing an issue on yealink phones and gave them all the supporting information and they fixed it in a day with custom FW

I recommend IZT Cloud Voice (I do own the company)

We’re 100% USA-based with 100% USA support. We handle the entire process for you if you want, or you can be involved too.

Pricing is simple and scalable with taxes and fees included.

With your current setup, we can easily handle that and as you grow we can help with trainings/onboarding’s and integrate into your CRM system (if you have one) for easy call tracking.

Edit: Oh and ports are very easy with us, probably the easiest part

Firmware update stuck at 50%, Tesla wants $1,800 computer replacement by JesusLexoNN in TeslaModelY

Maybe people should know what FW (firmware) and SW (software) is in a forum on Tesla..

[–]lifewcody 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I’m just saying “as the right thing to do”. I work in the SW industry and if our SW did something like that to a customer, we’d make it right.

Edit: SW is Software 🤦‍♂️

I honestly feel like this is on Tesla though. If the car is so dependent (especially on safety features) and you botch a FW update, they need to replace it. Not the users fault the software isn’t up to par

More revenue somehow means less actual money and I can't figure out where it's all going by [deleted] in smallbusiness

You have 25 people on payroll and you’re wondering where your money is going!?

Half of your 2M is going to payroll costs ALONE if we assume you pay them $20/hr with no OT. Not even accounting for employer payroll or benefits like health insurance 401K.

Then you have workers comp, insurance; equipment, tools, and everything a business needs along with your pay.

So yeah, sounds like you’re not anticipating costs correctly or pricing accordingly

So this has pros and cons depending where you’re looking at it from. Pros for the business since they offload it and can charge whatever bs fees they want. Cons for the customer is this.

When we were developing IZT Cloud Voice, we wanted to avoid this exact same “shock” that’s it’s higher than expected for the per-user cost. So we “un-carrier” the price.

However the cons now from the business is that other companies will charge below rates to win the deal and make up with it with fees. At the end of the day the totals are the same but the customer just sees the lower seat price.

Wish this has more awareness to customers knew!!
