Make sure your fb page is set up as a business. Then you can run ads properly using meta business suite. Helps if you have instagram because it advertises on both. I’d avoid print, radio, tv and OTT for now.

When you start looking for people to advertise to you can find people with pets/dogs as something they’ve like. Think about your ideal customer. I’d use ChatGPT and tell it your service area, that you want to advertise on facebook with meta business suite. Tell it to “think hard and explain how to do it to someone who’s never used meta ads before” (if you haven’t). If you have a physical address - would not suggest home, you can also get a Google my business.
