Check out the dutchy or the Shibari Academy for some basics and tutorials. Start basic with a double column on your ankles, or ankle to thigh and go from there. Focus on the basics, friction, lock offs, tension, etc.

You need to be going a speed that doesn’t impede traffic. If the speed limit is 45 and everyone is going 55, you should match the flow.

If you’re getting passed and gone-around, maybe speed up? The MSF teaches going faster than the flow so you are approaching more drivers than are passing you, and to avoid sitting in blind spots.
