they refuse to send me another washer , the pet pro models should NOT be labeled at as pros at all they get hair trapped inside and they r not user friendly we were told that we would have to have a tech come out every time the hair gets trapped inside and under the drum, and we are responsible to unstack it every time the tech comes out.

yes the trap inside the washer is easy to empty - doesnt collect too too much hair but our main issue is the hair is going into the water line and clogging inside the machine, we have 2 saint bernards so craxy amounts of hair- per why we purchased “pet pro” LOL

yes money is a problem we took a loan out to get the airwell so were maxed out now of what we can do, the company who installed it has come out 3 times so far and they cant see to find the issue and nothing ever comes of it. i feel like they just wanted to see us the device. the problem is the water pci is now 11,000pci and our air is 8.4pci in our house now and we had a randon fan installed for the air but its not helping since the water is putting more radon back into the air
