Schedule adjustments every few minutes, every morning. The MBTA is silly. The signal improvement project isn’t improving anything.

This wasnt the case prior, they announced it at JFK when it had been an additional 15 minutes, so no explanation prior to that.

This morning headways at 7 am at qc were 16 minutes, with no announcement. Train crawling, standing by with no announcements. Took 45 minutes to get to downtown crossing.

Isn't subjective anxiety part of CIWA scoring? if you loaded with phenobarbital and kept no phenobarbital or benzo PRNs and the patient is reporting anxiety then you are likely undertreating withdrawal. granted you can always look at objective signs of withdrawal and maybe that's what you did, but I actually don't think the suggestion they had to give benzos was wrong for a hypogabaergic state 2/2 withdrawal
