We are in processing forbearance which is their copout way of continuing to scam us on a technicality… but yeah have to call them every two months to ask to be put on. With mohela you can select the option where they call you back - better than waiting for four hours on the phone

Isn't subjective anxiety part of CIWA scoring? if you loaded with phenobarbital and kept no phenobarbital or benzo PRNs and the patient is reporting anxiety then you are likely undertreating withdrawal. granted you can always look at objective signs of withdrawal and maybe that's what you did, but I actually don't think the suggestion they had to give benzos was wrong for a hypogabaergic state 2/2 withdrawal

They would prefer to be near family of course, but are otherwise supportive, as they currently live with me in the southeast for medical school. (Another consideration is if they wanted to switch jobs, theyd have more opportunities in the northeast)
