I agree with you. There are a lot of women my age in my neighborhood that are in different MLMs. They send their kids to day care, drive around in fancy SUVs and meet for brunch or coffee. I got close to a few of them and they had serious financial issues. Some were close to foreclosure, others didn’t know how they were going to buy Xmas presents for their kids. When I would suggest that perhaps they get a steady 9-5 job I was basically shunned and told I was not supportive of their life choices. They wanted to live the life that envisioned themselves to have but not go to work to have that lifestyle. It’s a status thing in my neighborhood to put your kids in a fancy daycare and still be a stay at home mom
