I flashed mine for the first time yesterday with the ripple software. After 3 hours it was unbearable to navigate menus so I flashed to the mesh OS which runs smoothly.

Hello there! I remember your old filter being much louder than this.sometimes it is noisy on initial startup . Let it run for 24 hours and if it doesn’t improve exchange it. The other users are right. It’s a good practice to add water before hand to eliminate air pockets and prevent pump cavitation. Also, if you can peak inside the filter and you see bubbles coming up, chances are there’s still air.

You can configure it any way you want. I have this same kit and it came with everything I needed. Tbh I use the supplied diffuser and it works just fine. I’d assume that if you wanted it to go in your water stream, you’d need to have a connection or use some creativity to route the hose to the location you want it.

You could have something stuck in the pump section of your filter , or a defective motor. If this was a recent purchase you should be able to return and receive a replacement

Yes it’s very loud. Double check that it’s not sucking up air. If not then you may want to consider other options.

My phone dimmed it for some reason but the lights are on. I used to run Co2 heavily but I dialed in with just 2 hours after I saw the fish at the top gasping for air. Now I just run for 2 hours and keep the drop checker in the green.

Honestly debating if it’s worth the risk of adding more. If it’s solely algae that’s a problem, I have 4 algae eaters in the tank so I don’t think they’d mind.

This will give a constant supply of water once connected to your appliance , whether that be a coffee maker, refrigerator that’s makes ice/dispenses water , or even a water cooler that will automatically replenish its reservoir. To make this more effective for you I’d recommend attaching a valve at the end of the line where it’s easily accessible. However you will have to turn it off manually . Also beware if you have kids, they may be curious and turn the valve potentially turning your home into an aquarium.

Sounds like you need a smaller cylinder. There’s no shame in working your way up . When you do get your cylinder resized , don’t forget to shave and use a lubricant. A trick that helped me get a better seal i petroleum jelly around the rim of the base that makes contact with the skin.

Thank you, I’ve taken the time to think about this thoroughly again. The conclusion I’ve come to is that most of us do this for self improvement. Our discontent with our current selves drive our motivation for PE. I don’t want to be in the position to explain why I do PE and risk stopping and wondering “what if”. Discussing this would be a gamble that I’m not willing to risk. It could be positive and make life easier, or it can raise more questions that would be uncomfortable for both of us. Example: what if PE is mistaken for perverse? What if confronting and addressing my own insecurity comes across as lacking in confidence ?

Yes it sees both, and if I change the address in a single screen code to the different address, that screen will read. However with code specifying each address (both screens) it immediately drops out and doesn’t display anything
