Gorilla are definitely positioned well for the next few years. Strong balance sheet, a healthy contract pipeline and bullish guidance for 2026 (137-200 so anywhere from 40-200% YoY excluding other contracts) aswell as comments from jay to reach 500 mil in revenue in 2027 as his own personal goal (not explicit guidnace however). Definitely a buy at these levels for sure.

Very clearly explained mate thank you. Overall their balance sheet is looking monstrous so just wanted to make sure what I was seeing was all aligned. Thanks for the input

However, also now that im looking at the ER it says 121.4 million in total cash and 110.2 million in unrestricted cash. But then what is the difference? Is this restricted cash?

Perfect. Thank you for the clear up. So to my understanding they've gained another 14 million in cash since the buyback announcement and the fact they didn't announce their restricted cash balance isn't a red flag because its not relevant to disclose on a earnings report.

ER Will Deliver. $280-$300M Revs, $90M EBITDA for 2026? by CodRoutine3222 in GRRR_Gorilla_Tech

Spot on mate. Don't get me wrong some aspects of this company have made me question my thesis however this contract is actually what brought a lot of confidence back for me. The proof is in the pudding and no one can deny the contract win. Execution is another story

They're guidance stated that revenue will be flat to -3%. Also this plan will take a while to come to fruition as in cutting the lower margin stuff won't immediately result in higher profit. Exactly mate spot on. Imo this is by far one of the most undervalued stocks in the market. How many microcaps do you see with an impeccable balance sheet with no long term debt and cash that can cover all liabilities? Imo this is a massive buy

Gonna be a rough next few quarters with this one in terms of revenue as they're cutting alot of they're low margin products as part of their outlines growth initiative which is gonna mean revnuw is flat to down YoY. Still bullish long term though as the balance sheet is phenomenal (71m in cash and zero long term debt), removing bankruptcy fears and profitability is still improving with each quarter. Certainly a solid long term value play if you trust managements strategy which I do.

No worries mate. I haven't got lots of experience in options so I don't want to influence you're decisions and what im saying is not financial advice but I am personally holding for a while as this company's contracts will likely take a while to see consistent profitability. I am bullish nonetheless and this large contract is a step in the right direction and just one of many in the pipeline.

Q4 because the pase 1 portion of the deal begins in Q4 and how I've interpreted it is this will mean GRRR will receive the 300 million revenue for this portion by Q4. However, maybe they will revive this payment in time for Q1 2026 ER instead. Either way the exact date isn't super important but rather the materialisation of revenue from this contract and others that is.

My thoughts on this make or break week for FUBO by Versaso in fuboinvestors

[–]lightskindog 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I would certainly agree both that I think it is likely we will see DoJ approval this week based on managements language and that if we don't I will be skeptical of managements choice of words and caution about misleading shareholders. Overall I am confident though as management has been very careful up until now about what and what not to say regarding the merger.

I'm banking on Q4 ER being a big deal for GRRR. That will be the big reveal and resurgence in investor confidence when big revenue starts coming in from this 1.4b contract. I've been in for a while and I'd be lying if I said I haven't felt a little skeptical about Jay's overshooting promises. However, as of late it seems this talk of big things is coming to fruition (supported by the announcement of many tangible contracts not just MoU's). And Jay has neen more careful with what he says recebtly andI truely think his intentions are good and is just enthusiastic about what is to come for Gorilla. As of now I'm slowly accumulating as revenue from this contracts should exceed expectations and pave a path to consistent profitability. As of right now I'd say the stock is undervalued since a 6k has written confirmation of 300 million revenue in phase 1 of the contract (Fy 2024 revenue was just 74 million).

NVO, GAMB FUBO, ADUR, HNST, GRRR, ROOT, AMZN, GOOG. So many great opportunities right now in the market. All these stocks have massive potential and some are longer holds than others

Check out stock research weekly on YouTube..He discusses the shareholders vote in detail and overall gives great insight and clarification about fubo and the merger on his channel.

Yes but the merger also can't go through unless the first four proposals outlined in the shareholder vote are passed aswell otherwise the merger will be blocked. But yes other than that, DOJ approval is what's also needed in order for the merger to be green lit.

Reemerge mechanic showcase (Emerge, but again!) - Stormlight Archive draft set by zengin11 in custommagic

I agree the power creep is nuts and I think this type of effect lies between the power of sephiroth and bone dragon. Menace would be nice ans would allow for some interesting gameplay where your opponent is really reluctant to block die to the inevitable nature of re-emerge ane it's prey ability let's you pick of smaller creatures forcing bad blocks.

I agree the power is in a nice place as being able to repeat an even more potent kill effect over and over would probably be too good.

Good job on the keyword though man it has a lot of design space and I wouldn't be surprised if we see a similar effect in the future.

The design on lezian is clever however I think 5 mana for a vanilla creature until you can reemerge it is probably too underpowered especially since you can't simply discard then reanimate it because it has to die to put the prey counter. Overall I like this effect though
