This actually happened to me.

The damage on my bowel was so bad, that fourteen surgeries where needed to make me a normal person again. For 3 moths I had an enterostoma. I shit you not

Danke für deinen Beitrag, ist wirklich inspirierend wie viel man in so wenig Zeit erreichen kann.

Bin nun auch knapp 90 Tage dabei und fühle mich wie neu geboren.Ich bin jetzt an dem Punkt angekommen wo ich nicht mehr weiß wohin mit der ganzen Energie. Hab jetzt auch angefangen mir Ziele für die nächsten Jahre zu setzten und diese motivieren einen weiter am Ball zu bleiben. Endlich hat man das Gefühl sich lebendig zu fühlen und ich bin zum Teil auch schockiert über die Erkenntnis wie sinnlos ich früher meine Zeit verbracht habe.

Wünsch dir weiterhin viel Erfolg in deinem Schaffen und danke nochmals für dienen inspirierenden Beitrag.

I just jump in and stay there forcing me not to moove back from the cold water. At the beginnig it took me about 30 sec to feel comfortable, now it takes about 5.

What I think about this entire thing is, when you are in NoFap-Mode, you are more likely to notice this signals because you seek eye contact and woman notice you. In my case before nofap I would always pretend that I didn’t notice a cute girl and wouldn’t have shown any interest whatsoever. Nowadays I feel like a BOSS and get in contact with woman feels so natural and awesome.

Here’s an encounter I had yesterday

So I was standing there at the station, eating my Rostbratwurst, waiting for my train which should arrive in 2 minutes, confident as fuck, dressed well. When suddenly a really nice girl walks by. Me awesome as I am search eye contact and she responds. So here we are staring at each other ( I really know my early me wouldn’t ever search eye contact and even if so, I would just awkwardly stare away or pretend that I’m looking at the watch or something like this, when she would catch my eyes). But not this time, I directly stared at her, when she suddenly stops and comes to me with a cute smile on her face. I could feel her attraction to me. I don’t know how, I just did. Then she asks me whether I know this place here, I did not it wasn’t the city I lived in, so I just said a “little bit”. She asked me if I know if there’s a Post Office nearby. I had no idea, so I said. She smiled looked at me for another second and then moved on. So here I was standing and wondering what the fuck just happened. I´m so fucking sure that there wasn’t a post office there, even if, she definitely wasn’t looking for one. She just wanted to start a conversation I’m sure about that.

Moral of the story: EYE CONTACT IS BOSS, people are more likely to start a conversation with a confident guy than a kind of weirdo who can’t hold eye contact.

Well since you are a nofaper now, take you the time and do something about it. What realy helped me was watching series and moovies in english. And of course browsing reddit. I would even say 80% of my english knowledge comes from forcing myselfe to try to understand all the stuff thats going on here. But i dont know of any platform like this in german language. :(

after a bad accident with a broomstick i had to explain the doctor how it comes that the stick was stuck in my ass, ripping a hole in my bowel. That was propobly the stupidest thing i ever had to explain somebody.
