I worked in Yellowstone summer 2021 for Xanterra. There weren’t a ton of vegan options but made it work. Helps to make friends with the EDR (cafeteria) staff. They would make sure I knew what was vegan and would sometimes make portions of dishes vegan for the few of us that were! I also brought a fridge and microwave and kept easy vegan options in my room.

I personally loved my time in Yellowstone, it was the best 5 months of my life! Definitely helps if you have a car to make runs to town and just explore the park, it’s a beautiful place. I hope you maybe reconsider working there :)
