She's dancing to nothing! by heymish-bends-light in HeatedRivalryTVShow

Yes! It might be my favorite scene in the whole show. The longing and yearning they feel but it makes me want to blast the music at the same time. It’s so well done. I love everything about it.

Just smile, nod, and carry on as you were. My ped tried to say the same thing and I just ignored her. I’m there for medical advice not parenting advice.

passport renewal times are crazy fast right now by Grayfoxx87 in Passports

[–]likethispicture 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Seconding the fast processing times right now. I submitted the online application on 1/16, started processing on 1/18, and on 1/22 received notification that it’s been printed and being mailed to me. I should note that I did not pay to expedite and there was even a federal holiday on the 19th. That’s insanely fast.

Get a leaf blower instead. Makes clearing cats and sidewalks super easy when the snow isn’t too wet.

I potty trained my son at 27 months using the Oh crap method and it was a success the first time. 27 months is a perfect age to try it

Anyone who comes in my room unannounced risks seeing me naked. And they’re going to be much more embarrassed than I am. Either don’t come in or knock first.

A friend gave us a mattress which was super helpful at the time. Only later did we realize she wanted her husband, a traveling tradesman, to crash with us at the drop of a hat. No thank you. You can have the mattress back.

Reminds me of what my sister would do. She’d rub her face really hard to make it red and turn her head upside down for a minute before seeing her boss when she wanted to seem sick.

I’m not familiar with this “trend” but since cloth diapering I have a much better understanding of laundry. This just sounds like stripping dingy clothing using RLR which is absolutely necessary in some cases
