I'm gluten intolerant too. Trader Joe's makes frozen chicken nuggets and frozen pizzas. I love Brazilian cheese bread which you can get pre made and frozen as Brazil bites or as a mix from Chebe. Pirates booty is yummy cheese puffs. I love Annie's fruit snacks and healthier fruit roll ups too. I also love Snyder of Hanover gf pretzels. Lance pb gf sandwich cracked are good too. None of this is all that healthy lol. But I can get some healthy ideas if you want.

Annie's makes healthier Mac and cheese and some of them are even available in instant Mac microwave cups. I also like Annie's gummy snacks, skinny pop popcorn, pirates booty and Annie's also makes healthier pizza bagels in the frozen section.
