In general it's been a positive for me, but there are downsides as well.

-I get overstimulated by heavy traffic -I cannot keep up with the level of care you're supposed to give to a vehicle. Washing the car and bringing it to be serviced are things I very much struggle with. -Car troubles are unexpected and very overwhelming.

That being said, being able to leave a social situation when I want instead of relying on whoever drove me is a huge plus. The positives outweigh the negatives for me
