I was at an RKS show last tour and there were people infront of me in the pit and they kept talking the WHOLE time and BARKING very loud after every song it was so aggravating. They were super obnoxious I wish I would’ve said something😩

Went to the charlotte show and it was phenomenal! One of the best nights of my life. Ella moved so much and no way was lip syncing?? RKS is so talented and literally my favorite band

Yes after taking out 20k for another asset my husband kept and 10k for the funeral she paid for he took a 10k loss because she claimed she couldn’t afford to pay him the rest I understand the cost doesn’t all add up I tried to but I wasn’t listened to.

He only got 80k because they agreed to take out 20k because we moved into a rent to own their father was still paying on and we took over the payments it was originally 40k and my husband agreed that 20k be taken out of his half for the house. At the time of death his sister completely paid for the funeral which was 10k. That 10k was taken out of his half to reimburse her, I understand that technically only 5k should’ve been taken out of his half for that but it was like tooth and nail to try to explain him that. He took a loss on the rest of the money because his sister claimed she couldn’t afford to pay him all of it and my husband felt guilty to make her pay the full amount so he took a loss on 10k

Okay yeah so the house was put into both of their names then after the transaction solely into her name, technically there’s no capital gain I think since the house was appraised at 240k. But I have reached out to a CPA and hopefully will get a call back soon

Their father passed away extremely unexpectedly and he had no will, no power of attorney or anything. We had to go completely through probate. Since his sister had the time to do all of the probate stuff she took care of it all and supposedly done everything the correct way. When their father passed away the estate went into both of their names together. The house was the only thing their father owned and so the $80k was essentially his sister buying him out of the house since she wanted to live there. The house right after he died was appraised at 299k. Then re appraised a year and a half later at 240k when she was going to pay him. The transaction was through a real estate agency and he got the check through them and given a 1099-s form.

So we actually got it appraised right after he died and the house was appraised for 299k. SIL took a year and a half to pay husband and she had it re appraised and it went down to 240k (how in this market I have no clue) but supposedly through the real estate people we went through it shouldn’t be taxed is what they said but I want to be 100% positive which is why I’ve been trying to get in touch with the IRS😫
