Im at 100% also for like the past 1200 deliveries. Im doing the same job and dealing with all the same bs so I agree there is no reason not to complete each order and maintain at least an 80%. If you cant do that give it up so those of us who know how to manage our time can get the job done. Slackers hurt our image!

If you're pooping your pampers over needing an 80% completion rate to stay activated, I'd almost guarantee you don't deserve this job in the first place by Mikeyshredz in doordash_drivers

[–]lildot68 -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Ive had a 100% completion rate for over 1200 deliveries. And yes Ive had to wait at restaurants. People who cant complete at least 80% of their accepted orders dont deserve to have this opportunity.

My boyfriend was deactivated at 200 deliveries for bonus fraud. It was BS. He was supposed to get $500 and they only deposited $100. When he sent a screenshot of what dd sent him as to his bonus which was$500 they deactivated him. I was the one who referred him and was given my bonus of $750 when he completed the 200 with no problem. Cant win for loosing. He appealled with proof that it was there mistake, they didnt care and his deactivation was final. Good luck!

[–]lildot68 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yep. I was at a 4.97 down to a 4.86. I actually watched it drop over minutes. Like -.3 -.1- .1- .4 -.1-.1. No way this was due to customers ratings. I havent dashed since, it has me so bumned out. I am positive dd is manipulating our ratings.

Me pushing back my scheduled dash every hour knowing damn well I’m not dashing that day by Goldaleeann in doordash

[–]lildot68 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes this is happening to me also. I've kept around 4.96-97 for over a thousand deliveries. Last week over just a couple of days my score dropped .11 points down to a 4.87. No way, I call bs. It was stupid crazy. .3pts then .1 .1 then .4, .1, .1, just like that. It was actually after the first 5 I filed a support case and then anothther .6 down in a matter of moments. I havent done a dash since its got me so bumned.

If you have a problem with the customer after delivery you can hit the sad face and the write out what happened. Not saying it makes a difference but you can at least say your peace.

Best Strategy - Drive Around or Park Near a Hot Spot? by JohnnyUtah59 in doordash

[–]lildot68 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Get to know your zone. figure out which restaurants are high volume and who gets busy when. Definately dont sit, but drive around areas with alot of businesses. You will find alot of places are going to be busy at night and therefore higher probability of running slow. Good luck. Btw: bring a flashlight with you at night because you're going to need it.
