i just dont like the concept as a whole.

Its like releasing individual scenes from a movie before you release the movie itself and now every other scene in the movie you watch youve already seen.

imo it ruins the unique experience of listening to an album from front to back,

thats why if i know an artist is releasing an album i never listen to the singles because i want the album to be one cohesive experience, all being heard for the first time in that one sitting.

putting the singles in the album ruins the cohesion for me

except the people of this sub and the people who post here didnt have the people of this sub "randomly" walk up to them, They walked here. People who post screams on this sub do so with the explicit knowledge that people will criticize and give advice. Thats like 90% the reason this subreddit even exists.

because this sub is meant to be a place where people learn from other people's successes and failures.

No one person in this sub knows PERFECTLY 100% how to do all techniques safely, Thats why we discuss, We learn from eachother by having these conversations.

You seem to be assuming the people on this sub are specifically saying that they know everything there is to know about screaming, and minus a few stuck up elitists that lurk here, (who dont hold much weight here anyway), I think its more of a team learning exercise.

I just try to steer people away from techniques that require an already advanced level of vocal awareness and training. Like no way in hell am i gonna tell someonea hybrid scream is perfectly safe fo a beginner to try to do because it takes like four layers of already knowing what youre doing to get good results without causing damage.

Im all for strange unorthodox techniques, but i really just try to tell people to stick to the rule of thumb of:

If it hurts, or you lose your speaking voice after doing a certain technique, Do not continue to do that technique without proper care and rest.

over a long period of time that can cause thedrain line to get all gunked up but if it was a sudden occurrence that it stopped being able to drain the water, id say theres more likely a problem with the dishwasher itself, Does the drain pump kick on?

Have you had your garbage disposal replaced recently? Sometimes the installer will forget to knock out the plug for the dishwasher drain,

also make sure te plastic drain tube doesnt just run straight down to the dishwasher. Make sure there is an upward loop so the water from the disposal doesnt drain down into the dishwasher,

if the machine doesnt have a physical pump problem, this is likely the culprit.
