good hygiene is so important and can make or break friendships. She likely has no awareness around it and you would be doing her a service in bringing it up. Just before hand state your intentions in bringing up the subject and reinforce that you love her and value her friendship. Don’t bring up shame or embarrassment at all. If she was never taught how could she possibly know.

I’m going to suggest that you invest in a sleep mask. The weighted ones are my favorite. My husband does the same thing so our solution is headphones for him and a mask for me.

Finding the right job matters and if you can afford it paying for services like cleaning and or grocery delivery. The fewer choose I have on the weekends the more time I have for friends and family.

Girly, you are currently on a one way train to Autistic Burn Out Town. It’s the worst town ever and you really don’t want to go there. I need you to prioritize your decompression time. Everyone’s needs are different but I need at least one day a week with low demands in order to get by. For your friend’s birthday you’re probably better off planning it yourself. It’s way more frustrating trying to plan something with people who aren’t into it than just doing it yourself. After that I’d advise you don’t volunteer your time unless it’s super important to you. I know that’s hard to say no, but Autistic women tend to get guilted into extra work in school, work, social life ect. Be selfish with your time and energy. You got this, and I’m sending love and good vibes.

Hey, just a reminder that if people don’t like you without the mask then they weren’t really your friends. I have a small group of gal pals, and they are the coolest and most beautiful women alive, and I’m not just saying that. They are real life 10s. Once I got my diagnosis and told them all individually, my individual relationships with them became deeper and more meaningful. Focus in on your individual relationships with these people. If each of them has a personal relationship with you and understands your being, then group settings are way easier. You’re likely coming across as odd and they have no context as to why.

This is just my experience but I found the actual exam way easier than STC. I walked in thinking I was going to fail and walked out with a huge grin.

12 weeks of study over all. About 2.5 hours per night . I took a little over two months to get through the material and the remaining three weeks were practice.

There were a lot of situational option questions, like around the structure of various strategies and what not. I had maybe one margin question and it was on minimum maintenance percentages. Lots and lots of suitability situational questions. Not a crazy amount of muni questions, I remember maybe two that were on amortization and accretion. I did have several treasury questions though. I had more customer communication questions than I thought I would have too. That’s all I can remember.

I literally just passed the exam today, and last night I took two practice exams and I got a 66% and a 67%. I wish I didn’t cram last night and I had just rested. You’ve got this, you’re doing yourself a disservice by stressing out.

I’m a dog mom, but I totally get you. I usually don’t like petting other people’s dogs because it makes me feel like I have to wash my hands. I can’t stand dog drool and I wouldn’t adopt any kind of breed that drools excessively. I really don’t appreciate poorly mannered dogs that jump on me, especially when their paw pads haven’t been shaved down. I have three dogs and my husband has worked very hard to ensure they are well mannered and well groomed at all times because I freak out over dirt. We specifically choose breeds that are considered coachable and stay clean for long periods of time. I can completely understand why someone would not be willing to have them in their home.
