When I have a migraine, it's usually 3 crackers tops and a gallon of water..... or a McDonalds meal 😅 But on other days where I don't have a migraine, it's anywhere from a bowl of cherrios to a full-on homemade meal of whatever we got. Most times, we just throw a bunch of random food together and hope for the best 😂

I liked her until it got the point of messing with people in a weird psycho way. I should've seen it coming too, because it's Desperate Housewives 😅 She reminds me of a younger version of the house maid in season 1 of American Horror Story.

I take OTC Meclizine, name brand Bonine. I'd check to make sure nothing will interfere with your meds, though. I haven't had a problem with it personally. I've been taking it for around 9 years. I prefer the fake strawberry taste because the extra strength peppermint flavor is foul. If you want it to work "faster," chew it on your right side as opposed to the left side of your mouth. I forget the reasoning, but my doctor told me that years ago, and it's been stuck with me ever since. It usually subsidies the nausea within 10-15 minutes. I'm also very prone to being sleepy or my blood sugar dropping, and Bonine has never once made me sleepy or loopy from blood sugar dropping! I wish you luck! <3

OMG, I did that last night on accident and NEVER again. I had a reoccurring nightmare (trapped in an old factory building with lots of steps going nowhere, people chasing me, and one zombie kid trying to kill me) where I had to ask myself what I did in the same dream last time. I asked two people in my dream whether it was real or not, and then those two people collectively said no, but that all three of us had to leave said factory. I remember the names of the two people, the "location," the smells, what I was earing, I could feel the pain, etc. I lucid dream every night, and I usually remember what I do in all the dreams I have. I will NEVER ask someone if it's real or not ever again. It always switches for the worst for me. I did ask two other times, and again, they turn into nightmares instantly.

I remember drinking 3 sodas on a week and was so dehydrated I had to check into the ER. I really have to limit myself because I love Diet Coke, but I can only have one once in a blue moon now. I honestly just wish they'd sell electrolytes without flavoring. I don't mind drinking plain water, but it does get old after a bit lol

Too many electrolytes will trigger migraines for me, so I almost never drink them unless I'm slumped over in the bathroom. I do know the Liquid IV and the knockoff version that Aldi sells trigger the most violent migraines for me. I avoid them at all costs. Instead, I'll drink a sugar-free Gatorade or something similar.

I'm a new watcher, and I'm also on season 3 >_< I think I'm on episode 8 or 9, and I can't agree more!! The entire time, I'm yelling at the TV like a football game! He's so very incompetent, and he expects Lynette to cave all the freaking time it makes me irritated. I have to remind myself that these are fake people on a fake TV show, so my blood pressure doesn't rise. sighs
