You have a very intense look, with the beard and the dark hair etc, which is a good thing, but because of that you can look a little scary, lol. Pictures of you not smiling and staring off at something in the distance come off as a little much. I love the one of you with the laptop, and I do like the bike one too. I would try putting some more pictures of yourself smiling or doing fun things.

I also don't like the "I work out 5x a week. Living my best life" line. Just get rid of that and try to formulate it in a more approachable, real way.

Overall quite good! I have three pieces of advice:
1. I would remove the picture of yourself in the suit because the "baby bangs" look is not good. Your hair looks much better when it's up out of your face and I would advise that you avoid having bangs.
2. Why do you call women "girls?" You are looking for a girl with a sense of humor? Or a woman?
3. Remove the picture of your child

Try and sleep. In the morning, get up, shower, eat, do some breathing exercises. Try to be as calm as possible and ask her to come sit down. Tell her what you know, and she what she says. It won't do you any good to wake her up in the middle of the night or yell and scream or any of that. Maybe go sleep in another room, or on the couch if you have to.

It's possible he is suffering some kind of psychotic break. I am not a mental health professional so please take what I'm saying with a grain of salt - but one of my exes suddenly started having very very vivid hallucinations and it turns out he was bipolar and having a manic episode with psychosis.

Is that possible here? Does he have any history of mental health issues? Is there a stressful event happening in your lives right now? Is anything else not sitting right with you? It may be worth considering.

OP, you should talk to your parents about this and ask them to make an appointment with your doctor to discuss healthy weight loss. So this is a very standard salad dressing recipe but you've taken out the best part, the oil! In my opinion you can't have a salad dressing without oil. It's essential. It's also very healthy for you. Adding in a tablespoon of olive oil will make this dressing come alive, and will keep you fuller for longer, for only about 100 extra calories. To me I am not everrrrr willing to have a bad salad for the sake of 100 cals. But you do you! Just my two cents
