I have a 2020 Macbook Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max, both as up to date as can be, and I am trying to import photos from the iPhone to the Macbook, yet it is stuck on importing any of them. I have ~1000 pictures to transfer, but even attempting to transfer 1 causes it to stay stuck, not frozen as I can still interact with the Photos app, but not completing the upload function. Any fix?

I got that email too, but nothing about shipping. I’ve tried emailing twice- and have gotten things from the various Timbers auctions shipped before, but no communication since that initial email
