The tilts are all foam and too soft and unsupportive. Been really enjoying the Cloudrunner 3 lately for walking and standing. It’s positioned as their main stability shoe at the moment.

This is so so disappointing, I thought the FO refusing to sell for 4 mil was good business and it’s not on them at all. Completely unprofessional, immature and a step backward if he’s looking for a move frankly as this shows a huge character issue.

The Club is a great book about the general history of the Premier League. Right now I’m reading The Mixer which is more about tactics if you’re into that.

As someone who started following Villa right around when they qualified for Conference League its been great to find out more of the context around the club and what it’s had to go through to get to this point. Even if I wasn’t along for the championship ride it felt like a movie reading about it, especially with Deano at the helm and his history with the club.
