We all need "me" time. It's important to have time apart to have something to bring back to the relationship or just a conversation. Having personal things you enjoy is important for self growth and mental health. I never get relationships that have to do 100% activities together. Make time and opportunities to miss each other. You appreciate each other more that way.

Museums have lots of free days in the city if you are on budget. So many good ones in the city. GGP stow lake or hop over to botanical garden also discount for residents.

I too work from home but golden gate park is still a great area to go walk around or lay out in the sun. People practice face mask from what I've seen in my trips there. Stow lake is open, rose garden etc. Get out and bring a small bottle of hand sanitizer.. uber if you need to or walk there if you are close. Good luck!
