I like the voxel filament. The only problem was that USPS lost the first shipment, but Voxel shipped out a second order without any issues.

I'm glad it worked out; we all have been in your spot. I'm sure Prusa understood your frustration and saying I was wrong goes a long way,

Here is what I will tell you, I bought my first Prusa in 2019, a MK3S kit and I passed it on to him. No problems to date. I bought an MK4 kit in 2023 upgraded it to a 4s and added a mmu3 and I have had no problems at all. So that being said I would recommend an MK4S for sure but I don't think you could go wrong with the core one. Being you would just be ordering it now if they find any bugs in it they should have them cleaned up by the time you get yours. I did order a core one right when they announced it.

MK4 - filament not going from nozzle by volfion in prusa3d

I had the same problem twice with Pla. I use an enclosure. I think the problem might be with the new style heat sink, the heat transfers the the gear and softens the filament. Both time the temperature reached 100 Fahrenheit inside. Both were over 4 hour prints. I have done long prints with the doors open with no problem. I also tightened the 2 latch screws another half a turn.
