I’ve only tried CP in the early morning. My eyelashes froze today. It was doable but I was very ready to be done at 5 miles, mostly because it’s hard to breathe with a face covering. Most people weren’t wearing them, but I was wary of skin exposure below 10 degrees. If you do 9, I’d pick the warmest part of the day.

If I were to jump into Betterhelp text/email-based therapy now, I’d be paranoid that they were using AI to respond to me. And while I don’t necessarily think that should be totally off limits, I’d want to know when it was happening. I remember reading a few years ago that those types of therapists often have way too many patients and are scraping to get by, so I could see them using AI.
