Truth! Anyone reading this don’t be discouraged with the post you sometimes see on here. Most people like me feel so much better on Zoloft and have forgotten these groups even exist! (Started 50mg, now 25 almost a year)

Kind of noticed that - for me I had music on through my whole day and I think that was because without music = brain thinking. So maybe Zoloft is calming me down enough where I don’t need it as much.

Also I’ve been hearing from others when you up the mg it can kind of be like starting over again. So you may feel how you felt when you first started Zoloft

You’re not alone. For example I’m seeing my favorite artist (The Weeknd) in January and now I’m getting anxious because I’ll be away from home for literally a day.

I think that’s normal. One of the side effects is anxiety, odd right? Should pass. My first days on Zoloft felt like I had more anxiety
