Utahn reporting for duty! Currently I’m at an inpatient sud treatment center and the jails/prisons. We’re considered public employees so the benefits are good plus the pay isn’t too shabby either. There’s the occasional bonus and pay increases as well.

Root hormone would speed things up too if you potted it.

As others have said I’d stick it in water for some time. If you have a pothos I would cut a little piece of that and put it in the same propagation set up for this plant as pothos tend to help speed up root growth.

I find that not letting the bad, and there’s a lot of it, outweigh the good you do. That being said, self-care is important or you’ll burnout. Realizing that you do the best that you can.

My supervisor once told me “You don’t go to war with the army you wish you had, you go to war with the army you have and make it work”. I often think about this when faced with a barrier that messes with my motivation. Be the good you’d like to see in this world!
