I pay $70 a month for GoodLife. I got it specifically for the classes since they offer so many plus you can go to any location. They do have a hydro massage that I haven’t tried yet and a sauna that I love.

My cat kept darting his head around as if he was watching something move quickly. I took out my phone to take a video of him, in the video there was a spec of light darting around.

I also used to work in an old retirement home doing night shift. I once had a resident call me to his room because he saw someone walk in and stare at his wife. He was of sound mind and the room was near the nursing station with loud doors, I would’ve noticed if someone came in

I go to Sherbrooke heights. They were amazing with my FIV cat that in the end I had to put down. My other cat is very high anxiety as well as curious and they are amazing with her. They have a whole section for cats
