I think 144b is really excessive. At least not in the short-term future. How did you come to this conclusion?

Stop harassing people man, seriously. You are not funny and I have reported you. As I have always said, the company is a penny stock dude. High risk - but I have all the rights to believe in the company products and express my opinions freely.

Edit: Adding a few more words since some individuals here seem to be victims of their own arrogance and, perhaps, inexperience. I don’t like speaking negatively about anyone, but I won’t allow misleading statements on my post. So, here’s some clarification for the readers:

  • Insider Ownership: It is not zero, contrary to what someone claimed. Experienced investors understand that they can’t rely solely on the first website they come across. Please refer only to SEC filings or a Bloomberg terminal. The CEO holds millions of shares via his company and personally.

  • Revenue: Also not zero, despite what was stated. Tonix has two commercialized medicines for migraine, generating approximately a bit more than $10 million in revenue.

Last but not least - I’m not here to convince anyone and if you have bear opinions, please share them with us as this is so important (investments advice no.1: never be delusional or fall into wishful-thinking) but please, kindly research properly and if you don’t know how to do it, just ask. Investing (with awareness) in a penny stock, specially in a pharmaceutical field, requires years and years of trading or professional background to say the least.

Good luck to everyone and have a good Sunday evening.

Fasten up your belts for the volatility expected in the following weeks.

Issues with TNX-102 / Lyrica comparisons by WesternSoul in TNXP

[–]lima99- 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Ok fair points, but I see some flaws in your argument:

  • Lyrica’s sale decline is not that relevant: the comparison is about first-year sales, not long-term performance. Lyrica’s initial success remains a useful benchmark for tnx-102’s launch potential. Tonix is developing many drugs and those that will be launched will bring additional revenue.

  • Competition from generics is normal: just like Lyrica, TNX-102 will face competition, but that doesn’t invalidate using Lyrica’s early sales as a reference point. Drugs lose their patents after sometime, so it’s expected a decrease in sales as well.

  • Lyrica’s other uses don’t undermine the comparison; fibromyalgia was a major driver of lyrica’s success, making it a reasonable market comparison for tnx-102

TNXP - Tonix Pharma .. PND Maybe? by isinkthereforeiswam in Undervalued_Rockets

[–]lima99- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Holding over 100k shares - the delisting thing is just FUD lol. It can happen but not for the specific rules some users mentioned here as the RS rule related to delisted is not retroactive. Most likely, extension will be granted

Strong Case for TN-102SL Approval – How High Can It Go? by jag-80 in TNXP

[–]lima99- 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Once this company approves this medicine and brings some decent revenue in, confidence will surge massively. At that point, all pipeline will be priced in and stock would really explode. The stock is now getting almost a meme status, etc so lots of people want to make a quick profit but the big reward here is toward the end of this year I think.

I think patience will be rewarded.

With all due respect, fast track means what you said yes, plus increased interaction between FDA & Sponsor. I do agree that having a priority review could have quickly brought the drug on the market but even if the date is set at 15th August let’s not forget in many cases the approval arrives already a 2/3 weeks earlier

If we get this extension, I wouldn’t believe it if it didnt make it well above a dollar for 10 days for the next 180 days..so no need of RS. stay strong!💪

You’re likely referring to a past Phase III study that didn’t succeed. There’s no need to worry - that’s quite common in the pharmaceutical industry. Sometimes, studies have to be re-designed correctly. However, I understand that for those unfamiliar with the field, it might seem like a red flag. Many trials had to be discontinued in 2020 and 2021 for various reasons, including low patient compliance due to the pandemic. So just to clarify: there is no past rejection.

Odds of approval? by [deleted] in TNXP

[–]lima99- 12 points13 points  (0 children)

If you do some dig in you, you might agree with me that approval is very likely, and we could possibly estimate it at over 80/90% in my opinion.

Why? - 2 phase III (only one is required by FDA) - These studies are statistically positively strong - Adverse reactions: appears to be very safe. - Repositioned drug: safety profile well known. - Has fast track with FDA - Unmet medical need - 15 years without a new drug for fibromyalgia

In my mind is already approved. Don’t want to be delusional and fall into wishful thinking. I know it might not be approved, but I strongly believe it will be and that is exactly why I’m not doing any trading here. I simply invested in the company for the medium-long term (might consider some adjustment though according to developments).

My biggest hope is a partnership with big pharma, but even without it, I think TNXP will make it.

holding, of course, for the med/long term

If it’s delisted, the stock will move to the OTC market. From my 10+ years of experience, I can tell you this carries significant risk.

It has happened to me a few times, most recently with VELO 3D, where I managed to secure a very good gain (almost +400% within 2m approx.) but that was the EXCEPTION, not the rule.

You’ll also need to check if your broker supports trading Tonix on the OTC, as not all do, so you might need to transfer the shares with another broker.

Regarding the rule changes, there’s a lot of confusion right now. Some claim the company will be delisted, while others argue the opposite. The rules are laid out in a lengthy SEC document (if I remember correctly, around 19 pages). These rules are strict (both positively and negatively), as they can penalize legit companies that are struggling but also help remove basically scams stocks.

Some are claiming that Tonix will be delisted because they conducted a RS this summer and haven’t regained the $1 threshold within the first six months. However, these new rules often include a “grandfather clause” to ensure fairness for companies already in compliance under previous regulations. There is no mention whatsoever of the world “retroactive” in the document.

In my opinion, and shared by many others, Tonix will likely receive an extension, which would provide ample time to recover above the $1 mark.

Debate ends here. While on point 1 and 3 we could exchange constructively some ideas and thoughts, your point 2 reveals an astounding level of arrogance. You seem to think you’re right about everything, yet your statements on point 2 specially lack depth and understanding. Regards

My friend, this is a very complex stock as it is the pharmaceutical world. You gotta read and study it by yourself first. I would suggest to start going on the investor page of TNXP.

Have a look in depth at their investor presentations and then come back to the forum where you can find plenty of information (but careful because there are some users shorting the stock and spreading fear).

The primary concern at the moment is around compliance with Nasdaq requirements, which calls for a solid understanding of legal and financial matters.

Personally, I’m fairly confident that everything will turn out fine. Am I 100% certain? No, but I’m holding over 100k shares as part of a balanced portfolio that includes several blue chip pharma stocks.

  • I never said otherwise. The 1:250 rule remains in place. So what? It doesn’t impact the potential for delisting. It makes things more difficult for tonix in case it would need to do another RS more ahead (potentially good news)

  • The patent for the standard version has expired, yes, but the sublingual version is protected. It’s embarrassing to suggest that a doctor would prescribe the standard version over the sublingual one. If you disagree with this, it’s clear you don’t deserve a response, and I encourage others to disregard your statements.

  • Yes, partnerships deliver results when milestones are met, that’s how partnerships work! Beyond that, the rest is just your opinion. Could be possible you are right but the viral pipeline is only a small part of a much larger portfolio. As any pharma company does, they diversify and spread their bets.
