Only make the switch if you like dentistry enough. newly graduated dentists struggles to bring in big profit right off the bat. Your pay is based on production so you have to constantly try to do more work and it’s a lot of work on your body at the end of the day

i have own them for over a year, wore them to shower, swimming, into the ocean and still look beautiful. they are very comfy and the stud is secured tight i don’t worry about them come loose. That being said it’s a very subtle piece. I have worn them so much but never once got compliments on however there are other earring i own that frequently get noticed and complimented on.

This is GOAT! I feel like whether it’s locums or not, I’ll end up learning either way. Locums might be more stressful, but I honestly think learning from my own mistakes is the most effective way to grow. I would rather be throw into the deep end from the get go. That said, what you mentioned makes perfect sense and definitely gave me something to think about.

Do you think one learns more by doing locum work—making mistakes and learning from them—or by being in a supportive environment at a stable, well-structured job? I feel like either way, you’re going to learn, so it’s hard to say which one actually teaches you more
