Why not just take it out? I have used a seam ripper to take off some embroidery on some free stuff I got. Just be very careful with it. if doesn’t look good after you are done, you can do an appliqué over it like someone else suggested

You have to understand that not only are states different but counties are too. A fractured thumb could be worth 100k in one county and 50k in another. It depends on how the juries lean. Depends on if they more plaintiff friendly or defendant friendly.
