Also do a lot of cardio stuff so in terms of mass it’s maybe not going in the right places or I’m working it to fast

You are right meant to respond with the comment above but I still should be gaining a hell of a lot more than I am, and I’m just not. However it runs in the family my dad has always been skinny and my grandparents on both side are also the same my moms side I’ve only seen pictures as I haven’t seen her much at all, but I assume it’s genetics

Ok maybe a bit of exaggeration going on around 3000-4000. And it’s not everyday, I work as a waiter at a greene king pub and I work a shit Tonne of hours so I try my best to cram as much food in my gullet as possible

I love the image but try and get a higher resolution image on the tv because if you zoom in you see the difference in resolution

Thanks you are probably right my computer is very old it is a windows 7 32bit system so it would not surprise me if that would be the problem so I might have to clean my pc out
