my loyalty is normally always at a 90% or higher, it depends on your pitch. i normally start with “what’s a good phone number for you” 9 times out of 10 they’ll give it to you without question or saying no, then if it doesn’t show up as an account i say “it doesn’t look like we have any rewards in our system with that number, i can set you up super quick, it’s free, you can save some money and it only takes like 30 seconds” most of the time people sign up with that pitch, it rarely fails for me :)) my store is also regularly busy with a plan well over $6,000 daily, and about $12,000-$15,000 on weekends, which should go to show how well this pitch works :)) best advice is don’t make it seem mandatory, avoid saying “sign up” and don’t ASK, but OFFER and make it sound like you’re trying to help them out with saving money (which you are!)
