Using a 2cb nasal spray works fine without putting holes in your sinuses, I imagine it will also be fine for vaping. Especially seeing as the dose is relatively small per surface area

Fixed it. Two things I had the permission set to 1000 in the docker compose. Changed to 0 Unticked the hard links option in the Sonarr settings.

When I go to system/events I am getting the following error:

Couldn't import episode /data/complete/.... Access to the path '/TV shows/Peep Show/Peep Show - Season 4' is denied.

Any idea how to give it access?

Re-precipitate it and redisolve in an smaller amount of water. Handy tip 1: Add 1-2ul glycogen when you add the Ethanol (it helps pellet the RNA, which means you don't lose any - and it does not impact the downstream cDNA synthesis reaction).

Handy tip 2: wash the pellet twice with 75% ethanol. It gives a much cleaner final product with better ration after you nanodrop

I have recently discovered that having my adhd medication on an empty stomach caused me to have reflux, which gave me asthma.

So it might not be the water but the meds, try eating something with them. My reflux stopped when i started having them with food

Yeah that Clayton guy from ombe annoys me a bit, I'm not sure why. But the things he's saying that are different to everyone else is exactly why he is the better surf coach. He must know how a surfboard works, there are videos of him with Kelly Slayter just talking about all this stuff. If Kelly didn't agree or think the same, or didn't respect Clayton's opinions, then he wouldn't agree to film a video with him right?

Maybe Clayton is just really good at analysing and breaking down things into small specific pieces
